The school building, constructed with a Pucca boundary wall, boasts four classrooms in good condition, providing a conducive learning environment for the students. While the school does not have access to electricity, it offers a safe and functional learning space with a dedicated Headmaster/Teacher’s room and separate rooms for non-teaching activities.

Ensuring the well-being of the students, GPS KUPRA has a playground for recreation and a library with 225 books to foster a love for reading. The school also provides a mid-day meal, prepared and served within the school premises, ensuring students receive nutritious nourishment throughout their school day.

Despite the lack of computers and a computer-aided learning lab, GPS KUPRA focuses on traditional learning methods. The school’s dedicated teachers, including two male teachers and one female teacher, strive to provide quality education to the girls enrolled in the school.

The school’s infrastructure includes a functional hand pump for drinking water and separate toilets for boys and girls, emphasizing sanitation and hygiene. However, the school currently lacks ramps for students with disabilities, an area that could be improved upon in the future.

GPS KUPRA plays a crucial role in providing quality primary education to girls in the rural area. Its commitment to providing a safe and conducive learning environment, along with its dedication to fostering a love for learning and promoting hygiene and sanitation, makes it a valuable asset to the community. The school’s focus on traditional teaching methods, while lacking modern technology, provides a strong foundation for the students’ educational journey.

As a government-run school, GPS KUPRA receives support from the Department of Education, ensuring its continued operation and the provision of essential resources. While some infrastructural limitations remain, the school’s dedication to quality education and its commitment to the well-being of its students make it a vital educational institution in the region.
