Located in the DEEGH block of BHADOI district, the school caters to students from grades 6 to 8, offering a co-educational environment with a focus on Hindi as the medium of instruction.

The school boasts a sturdy government building with four well-maintained classrooms, ensuring ample space for learning. While the school doesn’t have a boundary wall, it does have a separate room designated for the headmaster or teacher. Interestingly, the school, while lacking a library or playground, provides mid-day meals for its students, prepared on-site.

A Focus on Accessibility and Basic Amenities

Though the school does not have electricity, it provides access to drinking water for its students, although the source remains unspecified. With a focus on accessibility, the school provides one functional boys’ toilet and one functional girls’ toilet, ensuring proper sanitation for all students.

Teacher-Led Learning

Despite the absence of computer aided learning, the school offers a robust learning environment led by two dedicated male teachers. These teachers guide students through the upper primary curriculum, providing instruction in Hindi. The lack of a dedicated library and computers does present a challenge, but the commitment of the teaching staff and the provision of basic amenities ensures a foundation for learning.
