Tangi Bhansar Project PS: A Rural Primary School in Odisha

Nestled in the heart of Odisha, Tangi Bhansar Project PS is a rural primary school catering to students from Class 1 to Class 5. Established in 2015, the school is managed by the Department of Education and provides education in the Odia language. It is a co-educational institution, welcoming both boys and girls to learn and grow together.

The school is located in a rural area and is not equipped with a building. However, it does have a well for drinking water, ensuring the health and well-being of the students. The school has two teachers – one male and one female – dedicated to providing quality education to the young minds entrusted to their care.

The school provides meals prepared on its premises, emphasizing the importance of nutrition in the overall development of the students. The school’s focus on providing a balanced diet ensures that students are well-nourished and able to engage actively in their learning.

Tangi Bhansar Project PS lacks certain amenities that are commonly found in urban schools. There is no computer-aided learning facility, no electricity, and no boundary wall. The school also does not have a library, playground, or ramps for students with disabilities.

Despite these limitations, the school provides a vital service to the rural community by offering a quality education to children in the area. The school’s commitment to education is reflected in its dedicated teaching staff and the provision of meals for students.

While there are opportunities for improvement and development, Tangi Bhansar Project PS plays a significant role in the lives of children in the community. It is a testament to the dedication of the teaching staff and the commitment of the Department of Education to provide access to education, regardless of location or circumstance.

This school, with its focus on basic education and its provision of essential necessities, stands as a beacon of hope for the children of the rural community. It is a reminder that access to quality education is a fundamental right, and that even in resource-constrained environments, the pursuit of knowledge can flourish.
