The school boasts a total of 10 teachers, including 2 male teachers and 8 female teachers. These dedicated educators strive to provide quality education to their students, supported by a single head teacher, Ashok Kumar Das. The school also employs 3 pre-primary teachers to cater to younger students.

Saraswati Sishu Bidya Mandir offers a pre-primary section for children, acknowledging the importance of early childhood education. The school functions in three classrooms, equipped with basic amenities like toilets for both boys and girls. However, despite its rural location, the school lacks a playground, library, and a boundary wall.

The school premises are equipped with hand pumps, providing access to drinking water for students and staff. While the school has access to electricity, it does not utilize computers for teaching, and ramps for disabled students are not available.

The school follows an ‘Others’ board for Class 10 and Class 10+2. While it does not provide meals to students, the school prides itself on its dedication to quality education, evident in the commitment of its dedicated staff and the provision of pre-primary education.

While challenges exist, Saraswati Sishu Bidya Mandir continues to strive towards providing a brighter future for its students.
