RAMCHANDRA P.S.KATRI CHIBRAMAU: A Rural Primary School in Uttar Pradesh

Located in the BILGRAM block of HARDOI district in Uttar Pradesh, RAMCHANDRA P.S.KATRI CHIBRAMAU is a primary school catering to students from Classes 1 to 5. Established in 2001, the school is managed by the Pvt. Unaided, offering a co-educational environment for its pupils.

The school boasts a rural location and operates out of a rented building, comprising 5 classrooms in good condition. To ensure a safe and secure environment for students, the school has a Barbed Wire Fencing boundary wall. While a dedicated playground offers recreational space, the school does not have a library or any computers for teaching and learning purposes.

The school is equipped with 2 functional boys’ toilets and 2 functional girls’ toilets. Access to clean drinking water is provided through Hand Pumps, a crucial element for maintaining hygiene and health. While the school is not equipped with ramps for disabled children, it does have a separate room for the Head Master/Teacher.

Teaching at RAMCHANDRA P.S.KATRI CHIBRAMAU is conducted in Hindi, the medium of instruction. The school operates on a traditional academic calendar, with the session commencing in April. Despite being located in a rural area, the school is easily accessible by all-weather roads.

The school has a staff of 8 male teachers, dedicated to providing quality education to its students. The lack of female teachers and pre-primary sections, however, limits the school’s reach and potential for diverse learning experiences. The school also does not offer mid-day meals, a crucial aspect for many underprivileged students.

The school’s lack of computer-aided learning facilities and a library emphasizes the need for investment in resources that can enhance learning experiences. Although the school has no computers, the presence of a playground provides valuable opportunities for physical activity and development.

RAMCHANDRA P.S.KATRI CHIBRAMAU’s commitment to providing basic education in a rural setting highlights the importance of primary education in uplifting communities. However, the school’s limited resources and lack of modern learning tools necessitate further efforts to enhance its capacity and ensure a holistic learning environment for its students.
