PS DALELNAGAR: A Rural Primary School in Uttar Pradesh

PS DALELNAGAR, located in the KAMALGANJ block of FARRUKHABAD district, Uttar Pradesh, is a government-run primary school established in 1952. Serving a rural community, this co-educational institution provides education for students from Class 1 to Class 5. While it does not have a pre-primary section, the school offers a crucial learning environment for young children in the area.

The school’s primary medium of instruction is Hindi, reflecting the local language spoken by the students. With a total of 6 teachers, including 5 male and 1 female, PS DALELNAGAR offers a dedicated teaching force to guide its students.

In terms of infrastructure, the school boasts a government-built building with 6 well-maintained classrooms, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students. While it lacks a boundary wall, the school does have a functional library with 93 books, offering students access to a world of knowledge.

Despite the lack of a playground, PS DALELNAGAR prioritizes the well-being of its students by providing clean drinking water from hand pumps and ensuring accessibility for disabled children with ramps. The school also possesses both a functional boys’ toilet and a functional girls’ toilet, promoting hygiene and sanitation among the students.

However, the school faces some challenges. The electricity supply is not currently functional, and there are no computers available for teaching or learning purposes. While the school provides mid-day meals for its students, a computer-aided learning lab would greatly enhance their learning experience.

Despite these challenges, PS DALELNAGAR plays a vital role in providing primary education to children in its rural community. With its dedicated teachers, library, and focus on basic amenities, the school strives to create a nurturing environment for its students.

The school’s commitment to education is evident in its dedication to providing a basic foundation for young minds. While improvements in infrastructure and technological resources would further enhance its capabilities, PS DALELNAGAR continues to serve its community as a valuable center of learning.
