The school, established in 2011, is located in the Benipur village and falls under the jurisdiction of the Department of Education. It serves as a crucial educational hub for the local children, offering a foundational education in a co-educational setting.

The school building, constructed from sturdy pucca materials, is a testament to its commitment to providing a conducive learning environment. However, the building needs some repairs as it is partially broken. The school has two classrooms, equipped with basic amenities like drinking water through hand pumps. Unfortunately, the school currently lacks electricity and a playground, highlighting a need for improvements.

The school’s focus on providing quality education is evident in its dedicated teaching staff. With a total of two male teachers, PS BENIPUR offers instruction in Hindi, ensuring that students are equipped with a solid foundation in their native language.

While the school does not provide meals, it emphasizes creating a holistic learning experience. The school is not residential, and the students are primarily from the surrounding rural area.
