The school operates with a clear focus on providing quality education, with instruction delivered in Telugu. While it does not offer pre-primary classes, it caters to students of both genders through its co-educational approach. The school’s commitment to rural education is further demonstrated by its location and the absence of any plans to relocate.

Despite its rural setting, MPPS Kamamathogu stands out as a school dedicated to providing its students with a comprehensive learning environment. However, it lacks certain facilities that are common in other schools. For instance, the school currently does not have access to computers for learning or a reliable source of electricity.
