MPPS GOPAVARAM(BC): A Rural Primary School in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh

MPPS GOPAVARAM(BC) is a primary school located in the rural area of MUSUNURU block in KRISHNA district, Andhra Pradesh. Established in 2002, the school is managed by the local body and serves students from grades 1 to 5. It operates as a co-educational institution and does not have a pre-primary section.

The school’s academic program is delivered in Telugu, the primary language of instruction. The school has a total of two teachers, one male and one female, who are responsible for educating the students. Notably, the school does not have any contract teachers.

Despite its rural location, MPPS GOPAVARAM(BC) offers a range of facilities for its students. While the school building itself is described as “N/A”, it features two rooms for non-teaching activities, as well as a dedicated room for the head teacher. The school also has a functional drinking water source, although the specific type is not mentioned.

However, the school faces some challenges in terms of infrastructure. It currently has no classrooms for instructional purposes, and the electric connection is unavailable. Moreover, there is no playground for recreational activities, and the school does not have a library or computer aided learning lab.

The school’s lack of essential facilities like classrooms, electric connection, and playground may hinder the learning experience for students. The absence of a library and computers further limits opportunities for access to information and technology-based learning.

Despite these limitations, the presence of dedicated teachers and a functional drinking water source provide a foundation for learning. The school’s commitment to education in a rural setting is commendable, and it highlights the need for investment in infrastructure and resources to enhance the learning environment for students.

MPPS GOPAVARAM(BC) is a testament to the importance of providing quality education, even in remote areas. As the school continues to serve its students, it represents a valuable resource for the community, promoting literacy and fostering a love for learning among its students.
