Established in 1990, this primary school is managed by the Department of Education and caters to students from Class 1 to Class 5. The school boasts a co-educational environment, welcoming both boys and girls to learn and grow together.

Despite its rural setting, GUGALDANG P.S. prioritizes the educational experience of its students. The school currently has one classroom, ensuring a comfortable learning environment for its pupils. The school also features a dedicated room for the headmaster/teacher, further emphasizing the importance of guidance and support.

A key aspect of the school’s infrastructure is the library, which houses an impressive collection of 215 books. This resource provides students with access to valuable knowledge and encourages a love for reading. The school also takes pride in its commitment to hygiene and sanitation, with one functional boys’ toilet and one functional girls’ toilet.

The school’s curriculum utilizes Odia as the primary language of instruction, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education rooted in their local culture and heritage. As the school continues to grow and develop, it remains an integral part of the local community, nurturing young minds and shaping a brighter future for its students.
