GHPS CHANGADARA HALLI: A Rural School Serving the Community

GHPS CHANGADARA HALLI, located in the state of Tamil Nadu, is a government-run primary school with upper primary classes (1-8). Established in 1954, the school stands as a testament to the commitment to education in the rural areas of India. With a focus on providing quality education, the school boasts a dedicated staff of 4 teachers, including 3 male teachers and 1 female teacher, led by Head Teacher INDIRA ANTHONIAMMAL.

The school offers a comprehensive learning experience, catering to students from Class 1 to Class 7, with instruction provided solely in Tamil. Despite not having a pre-primary section, the school ensures that all students have access to a conducive learning environment with six well-equipped classrooms. The school also provides essential amenities such as drinking water through tap water and a playground for physical activity.

A key aspect of GHPS CHANGADARA HALLI is its commitment to inclusivity. The school has ramps for the disabled, ensuring that all students, regardless of their abilities, can access the school facilities. Further emphasizing its dedication to providing a holistic education, the school has a library with a collection of 724 books, fostering a love for reading among students.

Beyond the basic infrastructure, GHPS CHANGADARA HALLI offers additional support to its students. Meals are provided and prepared within the school premises, ensuring that students have access to nutritious food throughout the day. The school is located in a rural area, reflecting its commitment to serving the local community.

Despite the school’s dedication to providing a high-quality education, there are areas for improvement. The school currently lacks computer-aided learning facilities, highlighting the need for technology integration in the modern classroom. Additionally, while the school has a library with a significant collection of books, the lack of a pre-primary section could be addressed to cater to younger children.

The future of GHPS CHANGADARA HALLI looks promising. With its dedicated staff and commitment to inclusivity, the school is well-positioned to continue providing a valuable educational experience for its students. By addressing the need for technology integration and expanding its services to younger children, the school can further enhance its impact on the local community and equip its students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the 21st century.
