CSI PRI S (A) GOLLAPUDI: A Rural Primary School in Andhra Pradesh

CSI PRI S (A) GOLLAPUDI is a primary school located in the village of Gollapudi, Andhra Pradesh. It is situated in a rural area and caters to students from Class 1 to Class 4. The school was established in 1939 and operates under a private aided management model.

The school’s primary language of instruction is Telugu, reflecting the local linguistic context. Despite being a primary school, it does not offer pre-primary education. While the school is co-educational, providing education for both boys and girls, it currently lacks access to essential amenities such as electricity and drinking water.

However, the school boasts a dedicated team of teachers, with a total of five teachers, all of whom are women. The teachers play a crucial role in shaping the young minds within their care.

While the school does not offer computer-aided learning or have a residential facility, it prioritizes providing a quality education within its existing resources. The school’s rural location and lack of modern amenities highlight the challenges faced by many educational institutions in remote areas.

The absence of basic amenities like electricity and clean drinking water necessitates the need for improved infrastructure. This would greatly enhance the learning environment for students and empower them to reach their full potential.

Investing in infrastructure development and providing essential resources will enable the school to create a more conducive learning environment.
