The school is managed by the Department of Education and is a co-educational institution, meaning it caters to both boys and girls.

The school building is rented and features two classrooms, one boys’ toilet, and one girls’ toilet. While the school does not have electricity or computer-aided learning facilities, it boasts a pucca wall construction and a library stocked with 100 books. Interestingly, the school provides ramps for disabled individuals, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity.

The school’s academic focus is solely on primary education, with Odia being the primary language of instruction. Currently, there are two teachers at the school - one male and one female - who provide instruction to the students.

Despite being a rural school, BARPADARPADA PROJ. P.S stands out for its commitment to providing meals to its students. The meals are prepared and served on the school premises, ensuring that all students have access to nutritious food while attending classes.

The school’s dedication to providing a supportive learning environment is further emphasized by the availability of a library, a vital resource for students’ academic growth.
