BAD GAON LMV BAD GAON: A Rural Upper Primary School in Uttar Pradesh

BAD GAON LMV BAD GAON, located in the PADARAUNA block of KUSHINAGAR district in Uttar Pradesh, is a rural upper primary school established in 1990. Managed by the Pvt. Unaided, this co-educational school caters to students from Class 6 to Class 8. While it offers a comprehensive upper primary education, it does not have a pre-primary section.

The school’s infrastructure provides a conducive learning environment for students. It houses seven well-maintained classrooms and two additional rooms for non-teaching activities. The school’s library, a valuable resource, boasts a collection of 3010 books, providing students with access to a diverse range of reading materials.

The school’s commitment to providing a safe and comfortable learning environment is evident in its facilities. The school has both a playground for physical activity and separate functional toilets for boys and girls. However, the school lacks essential amenities like electricity and a boundary wall, highlighting the need for further development.

The school’s curriculum is delivered through Hindi as the medium of instruction. While the school provides a solid education for its students, it lacks resources such as computers and a computer-aided learning lab. The absence of a computer lab limits students’ exposure to modern technology and digital learning opportunities.

The school’s faculty consists of three dedicated teachers, including one contract teacher. While the school prioritizes quality education, the lack of female teachers presents an opportunity for improvement in promoting gender inclusivity in the teaching staff.

Despite the challenges, BAD GAON LMV BAD GAON strives to provide quality education for students in the rural community. The school’s commitment to its students is evident in its well-maintained classrooms, library, and playground. However, the absence of crucial resources such as electricity, a boundary wall, and a computer lab presents opportunities for improvement. By addressing these shortcomings, the school can further enhance its educational experience and provide its students with an even better learning environment.
