Established in 1992, the school is managed by a private, unaided organization and serves students from Class 1 to Class 5.

The school’s commitment to providing quality education is evident in its facilities. The private building houses 8 classrooms, all in good condition, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students. These classrooms are supported by 2 additional rooms dedicated to non-teaching activities, fostering a well-rounded educational experience.

While the school currently does not have an electricity connection, it prioritizes the well-being of its students by providing clean drinking water through hand pumps. The school also boasts a playground, offering a space for physical activity and recreation, essential for holistic development.

SHRI VISAVNATH A. P.S. PHATTOPUR KALA emphasizes inclusivity by providing separate, functional toilets for boys and girls, ensuring equal access to essential facilities. However, the school lacks a library, and as a result, does not have any books available for students. The school also lacks computers and a computer-aided learning lab, limiting access to technology-based learning.

The school’s commitment to providing a supportive learning environment is further strengthened by the presence of a dedicated headmaster and a total of 6 teachers. The school’s faculty comprises 3 male teachers and 3 female teachers, ensuring a diverse and balanced teaching force. The school’s medium of instruction is Hindi, reflecting the local language and cultural context.

SHRI VISAVNATH A. P.S. PHATTOPUR KALA, despite its limitations, stands as a vital resource for primary education in the rural community. The school’s dedication to providing a basic education, its emphasis on inclusivity, and its focus on student well-being are commendable. As the school continues to serve its community, the provision of additional resources like a library, computer facilities, and a computer-aided learning lab would further enhance the quality of education offered, opening up new opportunities for students to thrive.
