Nestled in the rural landscape of Odisha, SANACHANDRABHANUPUR PROJECT P.S. is a government-run primary school serving the local community. Established in 2004, this co-educational school provides education for students from Class 1 to Class 5.

The school building, constructed by the government, houses two classrooms, equipped with basic amenities like a library and separate toilets for boys and girls. While the school currently lacks electricity and boundary walls, it boasts a library filled with 75 books and offers drinking water through hand pumps. Notably, ramps for the disabled are present, ensuring accessibility for all students.

The school provides instruction in Odia, reflecting the local language and culture. The teaching staff comprises two teachers - one male and one female - dedicated to providing quality education to the students. The school operates as a non-residential institution, with students commuting daily.

SANACHANDRABHANUPUR PROJECT P.S. emphasizes the importance of a well-rounded education. While the school focuses primarily on the primary curriculum, it also offers meals prepared within the school premises, ensuring students receive proper nourishment alongside their studies.

Despite its lack of modern amenities like computers or a playground, the school strives to provide a supportive learning environment. Its commitment to inclusivity through ramps for disabled students and its emphasis on the local language and culture underscore the school’s role as a pillar of the community.

The library, with its collection of 75 books, serves as a valuable resource for enriching the learning experience and fostering a love for reading amongst the students. While the school may face certain challenges, the presence of a dedicated staff, a commitment to education, and a focus on inclusivity paint a positive picture of a school that strives to provide a strong foundation for its students.

SANACHANDRABHANUPUR PROJECT P.S. is a testament to the vital role that rural schools play in shaping the lives of young minds and building brighter futures for the communities they serve.
