The school operates under the management of Pvt. Aided, emphasizing a collaborative approach between private entities and government support. The school’s primary language of instruction is Telugu, ensuring that students are taught in a familiar and culturally relevant environment.

While the school does not offer pre-primary education, it provides a co-educational setting, welcoming both boys and girls. It is important to note that the school does not have access to computers for aided learning or electricity, highlighting the need for potential improvements in infrastructure.

Despite these limitations, R.C.M.KASPA A.E. SCHOOL has a dedicated teaching staff, comprising a total of two teachers, including two female teachers. This small but dedicated team strives to provide quality education to the students.
