PS KISHANPUR: A Rural Primary School in Uttar Pradesh

PS KISHANPUR, located in the state of Uttar Pradesh, is a government-run primary school with a rich history, established in 1984. It caters to students from Class 1 to Class 5, offering a co-educational learning environment. The school, situated in a rural area, boasts a well-equipped library with a collection of 40 books, providing students with access to knowledge beyond their textbooks.

The school offers pre-primary education, with dedicated teachers for these young learners. While the school provides instruction in Hindi, it also offers a pre-primary section, welcoming children at an early age.

The school prioritizes accessibility and inclusivity, evident in its provision of ramps for disabled students. It also has a dedicated head teacher, SMT SHALINI, along with a total of three teachers, including three female teachers.

Despite being a rural school, PS KISHANPUR demonstrates its commitment to quality education through its various facilities. The presence of a library, hand pumps for drinking water, and a well-maintained classroom space with four classrooms, all point towards a dedicated learning environment.

While the school does not have access to electricity or a boundary wall, the presence of a library and the provision of hand pumps for drinking water highlight the school’s dedication to student well-being.

However, PS KISHANPUR is facing a few challenges. The absence of computer-aided learning and a playground limits the school’s ability to provide a more modern and holistic learning experience.

Despite these limitations, PS KISHANPUR plays a vital role in educating children from the surrounding rural community. The school’s commitment to providing a supportive and accessible learning environment for its students is a testament to the dedication of its staff and the importance of education in empowering young minds.
