Infrastructure and Facilities:

The school building, privately owned, boasts 5 classrooms, providing a comfortable learning environment for its students. The school has one boys’ toilet and one girls’ toilet, ensuring basic sanitation facilities for all students. While the school does not have a computer lab or offer computer-aided learning, it provides access to drinking water through hand pumps.

Teaching and Learning:

Instruction is delivered in Hindi, and the school has a dedicated teaching staff consisting of 3 male teachers and 2 female teachers, totaling 5 teachers. Although the school does not offer pre-primary education, it follows the “Others” board for class 10th.

The school’s commitment to providing accessible education is reflected in its “Pvt. Unaided” management structure. Despite its rural location, the school provides basic infrastructure and dedicated teachers to ensure that students receive the foundational education they need.

Future Growth:

The school’s future growth may be driven by the need for enhanced facilities, such as a library, playground, and computer lab. Additionally, the school may consider offering pre-primary education to cater to the needs of younger children in the community.

Accessibility:

The school’s location in a rural area highlights the importance of accessibility in education. The lack of computer-aided learning and electricity suggests a need for digital literacy initiatives to bridge the gap between rural and urban education.

Overall:

PS DR.N.K. KAURIA GANJ plays a crucial role in providing basic education to children in the rural area. The school’s dedicated teachers and basic infrastructure ensure that students have access to the fundamental knowledge they need to succeed.
