PRY. SCH. HARDOI SALEMPUR: A Rural Primary School in Uttar Pradesh

Nestled in the rural landscape of Uttar Pradesh, PRY. SCH. HARDOI SALEMPUR is a government-run primary school established in 1998. Located in the Behandar block of Hardoi district, the school serves the local community by providing quality education to students from Class 1 to Class 5.

This co-educational institution boasts a dedicated staff of two female teachers, led by Head Teacher Shurti Singh. Instruction is delivered in Hindi, ensuring a comfortable learning environment for all students. The school’s commitment to providing a conducive learning environment is evident in its well-maintained classrooms. The five classrooms are in good condition, offering ample space for students to learn and engage in various activities.

While the school currently does not offer a pre-primary section, it does provide a nourishing mid-day meal prepared on the school premises. The school boasts a library with a diverse collection of 125 books, providing students with access to valuable resources for their educational journey.

The school building, though government-owned, lacks a boundary wall and currently does not have a functional electricity connection. However, students have access to clean drinking water from hand pumps located on the school premises. Furthermore, the school prioritizes the well-being of all students, maintaining one functional boys’ toilet and one functional girls’ toilet.

Despite lacking a playground, the school remains dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable learning environment for its students. The absence of a computer lab and computers for teaching and learning reflects the school’s limited resources. The school’s dedication to providing a comprehensive educational experience is further emphasized by its commitment to a “Others” board for Class 10, aligning with the diverse needs of the local community.

While the school currently faces challenges related to infrastructure and resources, its commitment to providing quality education for its students remains unwavering. With a dedicated staff, a focus on Hindi instruction, and a commitment to student well-being, PRY. SCH. HARDOI SALEMPUR continues to play a vital role in shaping the future of its students and contributing to the development of the local community.
