MPUP S OBULAPURAM: A Rural Primary School in Andhra Pradesh

Nestled in the rural landscape of Andhra Pradesh, MPUP S OBULAPURAM stands as a testament to the importance of primary education in India. Established in 1949, this co-educational school is managed by the local body and caters to students from Class 1 to Class 7. While it may lack certain amenities commonly found in larger schools, its dedication to providing a quality education shines through.

The school’s commitment to accessibility is evident in its location, readily approachable by all-weather roads. This ensures that students from surrounding areas can attend classes without facing significant logistical challenges. Further reinforcing its accessibility, MPUP S OBULAPURAM employs a dedicated team of three teachers: one male and two female, who provide instruction in Telugu, the medium of instruction for the school.

While the school building itself lacks traditional features like a library or a playground, it makes up for it with its dedication to providing a safe and conducive learning environment. The school boasts two rooms dedicated to non-teaching activities, offering students opportunities for recreation and socialization.

Despite the lack of a computer lab or computer-aided learning facilities, the school prioritizes student well-being by providing access to clean drinking water, albeit not through a dedicated source.
