The school operates under the management of the local body and follows the “Others” board for Class 10. While the school does not offer pre-primary education, it boasts a dedicated team of two teachers: one male and one female. Both teachers deliver instruction in Telugu, the primary language of the school.

Despite its rural location, MPPS Sivapurama prioritizes the well-being of its students. Although lacking computer-aided learning facilities, the school provides basic amenities such as drinking water, though its source remains unspecified. However, the school currently lacks access to electricity.
