MPPS K G KONDA: A Rural Primary School in Andhra Pradesh

MPPS K G KONDA is a primary school located in the rural area of VINUKONDA block in GUNTUR district of ANDHRA PRADESH. Established in 1941, the school is managed by the local body and caters to students from Class 1 to Class 5. It is a co-educational institution, providing a nurturing environment for both boys and girls.

The school’s primary medium of instruction is Telugu, and it operates on a traditional academic calendar, commencing its sessions in April. The school currently does not have a pre-primary section and operates within a single building, although details about the building’s specifics are unavailable. Despite the lack of a pre-primary section, the school boasts a dedicated team of 6 teachers, including 3 male and 3 female teachers.

While the school has no dedicated classrooms for computer-aided learning, it does have 2 additional rooms besides the classrooms for non-teaching activities. These rooms provide space for various extracurricular activities and support the overall learning environment.

The school’s accessibility is further enhanced by the presence of an all-weather road, ensuring easy access for students and staff regardless of weather conditions. However, the school currently faces challenges in providing basic amenities like electricity and a functional library.

Despite the absence of electricity, the school has access to water through a non-functional source. The school also lacks essential facilities such as a playground, computers, and a library. The school’s limited resources impact its ability to provide enriching learning experiences for its students.

The school’s lack of essential facilities highlights the need for further development and investment. Enhancing access to resources like electricity, a playground, computers, and a functional library will significantly improve the learning environment for students.

While the school’s existing resources are limited, the dedicated teachers contribute to a supportive learning environment. By fostering a strong educational foundation, the school plays a vital role in the local community, empowering young minds with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
