MPPS ETI KOPPAKA: A Rural Primary School in Andhra Pradesh

Nestled in the rural landscape of YELLAMANCHILI block, VISAKHAPATNAM district, ANDHRA PRADESH, lies MPPS ETI KOPPAKA, a primary school dedicated to educating young minds. Established in 1931, this institution is managed by the Local body and serves students from Grades 1 to 5.

The school caters to both boys and girls, offering a co-educational environment. While it does not have a pre-primary section, it provides a solid foundation in basic education. Telugu is the primary language of instruction, ensuring a comfortable and familiar learning experience for the students. The school’s location allows for accessibility year-round, with a convenient all-weather road providing a smooth commute.

Despite its rural setting, MPPS ETI KOPPAKA boasts a dedicated teaching staff, consisting of five male teachers and one female teacher, ensuring a balanced learning experience. The school’s commitment to education is further emphasized by the presence of one head teacher, N.SATYANARAYANA, who guides and oversees the institution’s operations.

The school’s physical infrastructure, although lacking in certain amenities, serves its purpose. While there are no classrooms specifically designated for instructional purposes, the school utilizes two rooms for non-teaching activities and a separate room for the head teacher.

While the school lacks a proper boundary wall and electricity connection, it does offer a clean and functional source of drinking water, essential for the students’ well-being.

The school’s lack of a playground and library presents limitations to the students’ extracurricular activities and access to diverse reading materials. Additionally, the absence of ramps and computers restricts the school’s ability to cater to the needs of disabled children or integrate technology into the learning process.

Despite these limitations, MPPS ETI KOPPAKA remains a vital educational institution for the local community, providing basic education and fostering a nurturing learning environment for young students. The school’s dedicated staff, along with its commitment to providing a quality education despite its modest resources, highlights its dedication to ensuring that every student has access to the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
