The school boasts a strong faculty with a total of 8 teachers, including 4 male and 4 female educators. They are dedicated to fostering a conducive learning environment for their students, with instruction being delivered primarily in English.

MARIANIVAS EM HS P.GIRI caters to the needs of students seeking an upper primary and secondary education. While the school does not offer pre-primary sections, it prepares students for their future by following the State Board curriculum for Class 10. For students seeking further education beyond Class 10, the school prepares them for other boards and institutions.

Though the school is located in a rural area, its commitment to academic excellence is evident. It follows a co-educational approach, ensuring equal opportunities for boys and girls. The school’s dedication to its students is further highlighted by its “Others” board affiliation for Class 10+2, providing students with diverse options for their higher education.
