The school, operating with a focus on primary education, provides classes from 1st to 5th, catering to students aged 6 to 11 years. It stands out with its unique feature: Marathi as the primary language of instruction. This reflects the diverse linguistic landscape of the region and emphasizes the importance of nurturing linguistic and cultural identity.

Marathi Lower Primary School Shedegali is a co-educational institution, embracing a culture of inclusivity and equal opportunities for all students. It boasts a dedicated team of teachers, comprising one male and two female educators, ensuring comprehensive instruction. While the school does not offer pre-primary education, it stands ready to provide a strong foundation for young learners.

The school facilities are steadily improving, though they still require some attention. While the four classrooms are sufficient for the current student population, the walls are still under construction. The school boasts a functional library, well-equipped with 100 books, and a vibrant playground for students’ physical recreation.
