Unveiling the Essence of Learning: A Glimpse into Maharishi Dayanand PS

Nestled within the urban landscape of Uttar Pradesh, Maharishi Dayanand PS stands as a beacon of primary education, catering to the learning needs of children from Grades 1 to 5. Established in 1993, this co-educational school operates under the guidance of a private, unaided management.

The school’s infrastructure reflects a commitment to providing a conducive learning environment. Its five classrooms, maintained in good condition, are complemented by two additional rooms dedicated to non-teaching activities. A separate room for the head teacher further enhances the school’s administrative capacity. The presence of a pucca boundary wall, coupled with a reliable electricity connection, ensures a safe and secure learning space.

The school prioritizes student well-being by providing access to hand pumps, ensuring a reliable source of drinking water. The sanitation facilities include one functional boys’ toilet and one functional girls’ toilet.

While the school does not currently have a playground or a library, the focus remains on delivering quality education through a dedicated teaching staff. The medium of instruction at Maharishi Dayanand PS is Hindi, reflecting a commitment to nurturing linguistic proficiency. The school’s accessibility through an all-weather road ensures ease of access for students and staff alike.

The school’s academic year commences in April, aligning with the prevailing educational calendar. The school’s teaching staff comprises two male teachers, dedicated to nurturing the academic growth of their students.

Despite the absence of a pre-primary section and a computer-aided learning lab, the school emphasizes traditional learning methodologies. The absence of computers and a library does not hinder the school’s focus on imparting essential knowledge and skills, fostering a foundation for future learning.

The absence of a midday meal program further underscores the school’s reliance on traditional teaching methods.

Maharishi Dayanand PS, although lacking some modern amenities, remains steadfast in its commitment to providing quality primary education, fostering a nurturing environment where students can embark on their academic journey.
