LATE. S N S MEMO. KORALI: A Rural Primary School in Uttar Pradesh

LATE. S N S MEMO. KORALI is a primary school located in the rural area of KALAKANKER block in PRATAPGARH district, Uttar Pradesh. Established in 2009, this school operates under the management of Pvt. Unaided and offers education from Class 1 to Class 5.

The school is co-educational, meaning both boys and girls attend classes together. Interestingly, while it does not have a pre-primary section, the school provides a conducive learning environment for students in the primary grades.

Instruction at LATE. S N S MEMO. KORALI is delivered in Hindi, the primary language of the region. This ensures that students are comfortable and able to comprehend the lessons effectively. The school’s accessibility is another key factor, with an all-weather road leading to its location.

The school’s infrastructure comprises a private building with three classrooms dedicated to teaching. The classrooms are well-maintained and provide a suitable environment for learning. The school also boasts two additional rooms used for various non-teaching activities.

While the school does not have a boundary wall, it utilizes hand pumps for its drinking water supply. The school prioritizes hygiene and sanitation with one functional boys’ toilet and one functional girls’ toilet. Notably, the school lacks a playground and a library, a reflection of the limited resources available in the rural area.

The absence of a playground and library also underscores the school’s focus on academic learning. While the school does not have computers or a computer-aided learning lab, a single male teacher is responsible for delivering instruction to the students.

The school’s commitment to education is further emphasized by the fact that it does not provide mid-day meals. However, the school’s location in a rural area may necessitate parents to provide meals for their children.

In conclusion, LATE. S N S MEMO. KORALI is a small, rural primary school offering essential education to the local community. Despite the absence of certain amenities, the school focuses on delivering a solid education in Hindi. The dedicated teacher and the well-maintained classrooms create a conducive learning environment for the young minds of the village.
