Nestled within the picturesque landscapes of Odisha, KHOLAP PROJECT PRY. SCHOOL stands as a beacon of hope for the rural community. This primary school, established in 2013, is committed to providing quality education to children from Class 1 to Class 5.

While still under construction, the school boasts a single classroom, a girls’ toilet, and hand pumps for drinking water. The school’s infrastructure reflects its dedication to creating a safe and hygienic learning environment for its students.

Despite its limited resources, KHOLAP PROJECT PRY. SCHOOL offers a comprehensive educational experience. Instruction is conducted in Odia, the local language, ensuring accessibility for all students. The school’s two teachers, one male and one female, guide and nurture their young charges. Meals are provided and prepared within the school premises, addressing the nutritional needs of the students.

The school’s commitment to inclusivity is evident in its “Co-educational” nature, welcoming both boys and girls. The focus on a holistic learning environment is further reinforced by the provision of meals and the absence of a pre-primary section, allowing the school to concentrate on providing a strong foundation for primary education.

Though lacking amenities like computer-aided learning, electricity, a boundary wall, library, or playground, the school’s management, the Department of Education, remains dedicated to improving the facilities.
