Situated in a rural area, it is categorized as a co-educational school, meaning it caters to both boys and girls.

The school boasts two classrooms, equipped with basic amenities like drinking water facilities powered by hand pumps and separate toilets for boys and girls. The school’s building lacks a boundary wall, but it does have a library stocked with 35 books, providing valuable learning resources for students.

While the school does not offer computer-aided learning, it does have access to electricity. The lack of a playground, however, may limit opportunities for physical activities.

In terms of staffing, the school employs two male teachers, and a meal program is provided and prepared on school premises. The school’s management falls under the purview of the Department of Education.

The academic structure at Kabirpur Project P.S. is focused on primary education, with no pre-primary section available. As a primary school, it doesn’t offer higher secondary classes or prepare students for the 10th or 12th board exams.
