Established in 2006, the school is managed by the Department of Education, reflecting its commitment to providing accessible education for all.

Located in the JAKHORA block of LALITPUR district, JHS SATGATA boasts a well-maintained infrastructure. The school building, constructed by the government, features 5 classrooms in good condition, ensuring a conducive learning environment for its students. The school also prioritizes accessibility, with ramps for disabled children and functional toilets for both boys and girls.

JHS SATGATA promotes inclusivity by operating as a co-educational institution, providing equal opportunities for both boys and girls. Despite not having a pre-primary section, the school caters to the specific needs of upper primary students. With a dedicated staff of six teachers, including five female teachers and one male teacher, the school emphasizes a balanced and supportive learning environment.

As the school continues to evolve, its future potential to empower students and enhance their academic and personal growth remains a beacon of hope for the community.
