The school offers Hindi as the medium of instruction and boasts a total of 4 teachers – 3 male and 1 female. Despite being an upper primary school, GMS TIKRI does not have a pre-primary section and is not a residential school.

Infrastructure and Facilities:

GMS TIKRI operates from a rent-free building and has 1 classroom for instructional purposes. The school also features 2 additional rooms for non-teaching activities. Although the school does not have a boundary wall or electricity connection, it does have a functional drinking water source – tap water.

Facilities for Students:

The school prioritizes student well-being with separate functional toilets for boys and girls. However, the school lacks a playground and library, which are important for fostering physical activity and promoting a love for reading. While GMS TIKRI does not have computers or a computer-aided learning lab, it provides a mid-day meal prepared on school premises.
