This government-run primary school, established in 1996, offers a comprehensive learning environment for students from classes 1 to 5. With a strong emphasis on Kannada as the instruction medium, the school boasts a dedicated team of two teachers: one male and one female.

The school’s infrastructure is designed to cater to the needs of its students. It features two classrooms, separate toilet facilities for boys and girls, and a playground to promote physical activity. The presence of a library, stocked with 132 books, encourages a love for reading and learning. Additionally, the school ensures the safety and accessibility of students with disabilities through ramps.

GLPS Moorumanehalli operates within a co-educational framework, welcoming both boys and girls to learn and grow together. The school provides a nutritious meal to its students, prepared within the school premises.

The school’s location in a rural area highlights its crucial role in bridging the educational gap. It provides access to quality education for children in the surrounding communities, ensuring that they have the opportunity to build a strong foundation for their future.

The school’s commitment to providing a comprehensive learning experience is further demonstrated by its facilities and resources. Electricity ensures a conducive learning environment, while barbed wire fencing provides security. The absence of a computer-aided learning program indicates that the school might focus on traditional teaching methods, fostering a close interaction between teachers and students.

While the school’s academic title indicates a primary-only focus, it operates under the ‘Others’ category for both class 10th and 10+2 boards. This suggests that the school might be affiliated with a different board or provide alternative educational pathways for its students.
