The school is equipped with two classrooms but lacks computer-aided learning facilities, electricity, and a boundary wall. Despite these limitations, BALIKAPILESWAR UPS provides a playground for students to engage in physical activities and offers meals prepared on school premises.

The school boasts a dedicated teaching staff of two - one male teacher and one female teacher. These dedicated educators are entrusted with the responsibility of providing quality education to the students, preparing them for their future academic endeavors.

While the school does not have a library, it prioritizes the well-being of its students by offering a playground for physical activities and providing meals prepared on school premises. Although the school does not have ramps for disabled students, its commitment to student well-being is evident in its provision of meals.

The school’s academic focus is solely on upper primary education (classes 6-8). This emphasis on upper primary education signifies its dedication to providing a strong foundation for students transitioning to higher secondary education.

Furthermore, BALIKAPILESWAR UPS caters to the unique educational needs of its students by offering instruction solely in Odia, the primary language of the region. This approach ensures effective communication and facilitates a deeper understanding of the curriculum.
