The school is equipped with basic facilities for its students. It has two classrooms, one boys’ toilet, and one girls’ toilet. The school also has a playground and access to electricity.

Despite lacking a boundary wall and a library, the school provides instruction in Odia and has a dedicated teaching staff. The school currently employs two teachers, one male and one female. While meals are provided and prepared on school premises, there is no drinking water facility available.

Furthermore, AISHANESWAR ADARSHA UPS does not offer pre-primary classes or any computer-aided learning programs. It also does not have ramps for disabled students, and the school has not been shifted to a new location.

The school operates under the “Others” board for class 10th and 10+2, suggesting a focus on providing a strong academic foundation for its students. The absence of computer-aided learning and ramps for disabled students might be attributed to the school’s location in a rural area and limited resources.

Despite the lack of certain facilities, the school plays a vital role in providing quality education to children in the village. The dedicated teachers and the focus on Odia instruction reflect the school’s commitment to providing accessible education within the community.

AISHANESWAR ADARSHA UPS is a testament to the dedication of educators in rural areas. Despite facing resource constraints, the school strives to provide a conducive environment for learning and development. As the school continues to operate, it will be interesting to see how it adapts to changing educational needs and technologies.
