The school building, constructed by the government, houses two classrooms and is equipped with basic amenities. While electricity is not available, the school boasts a library stocked with 15 books, offering valuable resources for student learning. The school also features a playground, providing space for recreation and physical activity.

The school’s curriculum is delivered entirely in Odia, ensuring students receive instruction in their native language. Two male teachers guide the students, offering a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:10. Notably, the school provides meals for its students, prepared and served within the school premises.

Despite its rural location, ADKUGUDA NPS has a strong commitment to inclusivity. While it lacks ramps for disabled students, the presence of separate boys’ and girls’ toilets reflects a dedication to gender equality. The school’s commitment to providing a safe and comfortable learning environment is further emphasized by the presence of a hand pump, offering access to clean drinking water.

ADKUGUDA NPS operates under the “Others” board for classes 10 and 10+2, indicating that it is a government-run school that follows the standard national curriculum for primary education. The school’s focus on basic education and providing essential amenities to students from a rural community showcases its dedication to providing a quality learning experience.

The school’s lack of electricity and computer-aided learning facilities highlights the challenges faced by many rural schools in India. However, the presence of a library, playground, and a dedicated teaching staff demonstrates that ADKUGUDA NPS prioritizes providing students with the tools they need to succeed.
